These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CocoPDF ("CocoPDF", "we", "us"). By using the site and its tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

CocoPDF provides a set of free online tools for working with PDF and related document files, including converting, merging, splitting, compressing, and editing. Files are processed on our servers and the result is returned to you for download. No account is required.

Your files and content

You retain all rights to the files you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload, process, and download every file you submit. You must not use CocoPDF to process content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

Acceptable use

When using CocoPDF, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to process unlawful content.
• Upload files containing malware, or attempt to exploit, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other users' files, or our systems.
• Use automated means to abuse the service or circumvent usage limits.

File size and usage limits

Uploads are limited to 50 MB per file. We may apply additional limits to protect the stability and availability of the service for everyone.

Service provided "as is"

CocoPDF is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any conversion or processing result will be perfectly accurate. Results, particularly for format conversions, depend heavily on the original file.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CocoPDF and its operators are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Always keep your own backup copy of any important file before processing it.

Intellectual property

The CocoPDF name, branding, design, and the software that powers the site are owned by CocoPDF and protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you any right to use them except as needed to use the service normally.

Availability and changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time; the revised date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
